Intensive 10 weeks intervention to prevent deterioration of academics and behavior, as well as reduce stress. Fits into one trimester and suitable for short-term SEL. This is a post-psychological trauma first aid SEL program that can be beneficial after an adverse experience causing collective trauma. Educators that participate in Calm with Character First Aid will be guided by a Calm with Character expert during the entire 10 week program and they will receive an adult wellness program simultaneously to help build resiliency and a positive school climate. .
