Method 1: Download from the Google Drive website

Step 1: Select all files and folders

Open your browser and go to . If you are not logged in, enter your Google account credentials. You will see a list of all your files and folders on the main page. To select everything, press Ctrl+A on Windows or Command+A on Mac. Alternatively, you can click on any file or folder and then click on the checkbox icon at the top-left corner of the page.

Step 2: Click on the download option

Once you have selected all your files and folders, click on the three-dot icon at the top-right corner of the page. A drop-down menu will appear. Choose "Download" from the menu. Google Drive will start compressing your files into a ZIP folder.

Step 3: Wait for the ZIP file to be created and saved

Depending on the size and number of your files, this process may take some time. You will see a progress bar at the bottom-left corner of the page. When the ZIP file is ready, it will be downloaded automatically to your default download location. You can also click on "Show in folder" to open the folder where the ZIP file is saved.

To access your files, you need to unzip the ZIP folder. You can do this by right-clicking on it and choosing "Extract All" on Windows or "Open With" > "Archive Utility" on Mac. You will see a new folder with all your Google Drive files inside.
