You can simply use your fives senses to enhance your chocolate eating experience by taking a little extra time to notice what your chocolate looks like, its smell, how it feels in your hands and in your mouth, the detail of the taste of the chocolate, and the sounds as you eat the chocolate, such as the sound of the first bite.
